AZUR PHILOSOPHY
This refreshing, mouth-watering handcrafted rosé grew from our love of the Cote d´Azur and the Provençal-style rosé. Provence is the oldest wine region in France developed by the Greeks who colonized the Riviera in the 16th century BC. Nowadays Rosé accounts for 70% of wine production in Provence and is the second most produced wine in France after the red wine.We wanted to create a wine that could be enjoyed for its refinement, balance and refreshing qualities, especially during spring and summer. We have found much inspiration in the methode provençale.
We are thrilled to introduce this different and delicate style of rosé. We have bottled the pure essence of Provençal style and California character. It dances on your palate with aromas of grapefruit, tropical fruits and honey dew. Its ripeness and beautifully balanced acidity are a gastronomic enhancement to any dish.
The wines we produce reflect our dedication to haute quality and layers of details. Our goal is to craft the most beautiful rosé in California. We have been inspired by each other's cultures, and bring this to you to enjoy a touch of Provence in California!
